the website is not stolen lol
its a template just checked a few programs and basiccly its a standard template in one of the progs used to make websites

on a second note u can NOT steal a website
if i make a website that looks exactly like the real kal onlines site and i dont mention kal online in it noone can do a thing about it

basiccly because there are a fixed amount of colour combinations you can use and the number of websites already exceeded that number
hence the reason

and again its a fucking template lol ( in case u dont know what a template is ill tell you its a fixed background for your site were u just fill in data etc )
